Kristina Francis is a business and technology leader who builds systems for equity, innovation, and sustainable impact. With over two decades of experience across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors, she’s led hundreds of multidisciplinary projects at the intersection of technology, transformation, and community—turning complex challenges into scalable, people-first solutions.

As former Executive Director of JFFLabs, Kristina helped shape the future of work through emerging tech, inclusive entrepreneurship, and economic mobility initiatives. She serves as Board Chair at Black Girl Ventures, Board Member at CivStart, and co-host of the Get Found Get Funded podcast—championing founders and tech that serve underrepresented communities.
