DeCarlos Love is a seasoned product leader with extensive experience in vision, strategy, and team management across both startups and Fortune 50 companies. He is currently the CEO of Thrive AI Health, where he leads innovation in AI-driven healthcare solutions. Prior to this, DeCarlos spent four years at Google, where he spearheaded product development for Fitbit, Pixel Watch, and Wear OS, driving key health and fitness experiences and leading collaborations with top developers in the wearable ecosystem.

DeCarlos is also an active mentor and advisor, having worked with First Round Capital and Angel Track, helping guide the next generation of product leaders.
