Bio:

Emma is a globally recognized leader and innovator in the built environment, known for challenging convention and driving smarter, more sustainable solutions for buildings, cities, and communities. As CEO of Hendry, she led transformative initiatives that earned multiple AFR Top 100 Most Innovative Companies rankings, including the development of the award-winning HeadsUp App.

With a double degree in Commerce and Economics and an Executive MBA (with distinction) from Oxford’s Saïd Business School, Emma is also a respected academic contributor, advising universities on curriculum design, innovation, and micro-credentials.

She is a sought-after keynote speaker on topics including digital disruption, smart cities, and leadership, and actively promotes diversity and inclusion in leadership—named CEO Magazine's Building & Construction Executive of the Year in 2018, the first woman to receive the honor.

Emma serves as Vice Chair of the Australia-UK Youth Leadership Forum, Global Ambassador for Women in PropTech, and Ambassador for CEO Dare to Cure for the Children’s Cancer Institute.
